Rules Governing Platform Use

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cek33" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the cek33 online betting and gaming platform accessible at cek33.io and all associated subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any service provided on the cek33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player upon completing the cek33 registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other wagering or gaming products available on the cek33 platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on any outcome offered through the cek33 platform.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted on the cek33 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a cek33 promotion.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by cek33 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which accessing or using the cek33 platform is restricted by cek33 at its sole discretion.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cek33, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of cek33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently closed cek33 account, unless cek33 has expressly reinstated account privileges in writing.
• Not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or have a self-exclusion arrangement active with cek33.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or proxy for any third party.

cek33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on cek33 at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. cek33 may use this information for KYC verification and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with the cek33 Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. cek33 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication features made available on the platform.

• Players must not share their login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through a Player's account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by that Player.
• Players must notify cek33 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• cek33 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cek33 operates a KYC verification programme. Players may be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point cek33 deems it necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cek33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. cek33 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cek33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. cek33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• cek33 does not charge a fee for deposits, though Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds to the account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but cek33 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours.
• cek33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 will require completed KYC verification as a standard requirement.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where cek33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn as real money.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not accepted until cek33 confirms it with a unique bet reference number displayed to the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted before assuming it is active. cek33 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect market manipulation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on cek33 are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed with a reference number, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. cek33 reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time for reasons including but not limited to: match abandonment, score corrections, data feed errors, or suspected irregular betting activity.

5.3 Void Bets

• A bet will be declared void if the event to which it relates is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, or cancelled.
• Void bets result in the original stake being returned to the Player's account balance.
• In accumulator bets, a void selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculates with the remaining selections.
• cek33's decision on void bets is final and not subject to appeal through the betting disputes process unless a clear factual error is demonstrated.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

cek33 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. Maximum single-event payout limits will be displayed in the relevant betting market. cek33 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes for individual Players at its discretion, including for Players identified as consistently successful bettors.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit within the promotion period.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered on sports betting markets or casino games at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or equivalent to contribute towards wagering requirements.
• cek33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has begun satisfying wagering requirements, any Bonus Funds already credited will remain valid for the period specified at the time of the promotion's cancellation notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• cek33 reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cek33 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested.
• Using the platform whilst under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events whose outcome you have directly or indirectly sought to influence.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any aspect of the cek33 interface without express written consent from cek33.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or glitches in odds displays to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Placing bets in a coordinated group with the intent to manipulate market prices or guarantee profit through arbitrage in a manner that breaches these terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cek33 staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

cek33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their account settings at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks by contacting support at [email protected].
• Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from cek33 may do so by submitting a written self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• cek33 will not send promotional communications to any Player who has activated a self-exclusion or time-out arrangement.
• The minimum age to use the cek33 platform is 21 years. cek33 employs age verification procedures and will suspend any account where underage gambling is suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cek33 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of cek33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cek33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• No content from the cek33 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of cek33.
• The cek33 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of cek33. Unauthorised use of cek33 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cek33, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cek33 platform or its Services.

• cek33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability.
• cek33 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's reliance on odds or market data displayed on the platform in the event of a data feed error, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• cek33's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their cek33 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

cek33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at cek33's sole operational discretion.

• Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by cek33 if the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Player breach — for example, cek33 ceasing operations in a particular market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure does not affect the enforceability of any obligations already incurred under these Terms & Conditions.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cek33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cek33 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the cek33 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendments.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cek33 operates as a platform providing services to users in Bangladesh and applies its internal rules and procedures as the primary basis for resolving player disputes.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

• Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account decision, payment, or any other matter should first contact the cek33 support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute.
• cek33 targets an initial response to all dispute submissions within 48 hours of receipt.
• cek33's decision on all betting disputes, once communicated in writing to the Player, is final in respect of the factual determination made.
• Nothing in this dispute resolution process affects a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
